We provide a strong, well insulated watertight shell from the ground up – with windows, roofing and cladding, supplied and delivered ready for fulfilment.
At the point of project handover it is then down to developers to project manage installation of items such as heating and plumbing, kitchen and utilities, sanitaryware and landscaping etc.

Our new build shell constructions offer a lot more than what is typically expected of a shell scheme. We provide construction companies and home owners entering into a self-build project with a complete shell on site, fully windproof, watertight and lockable.
Our service includes the provision of timber or render on the outside which features excellent thermal efficiency of the exterior walls, and a service cavity for easy installation of electrics. And, as required, quality triple glazed windows, high quality exterior doors and insulated roof with guttering.
The ceilings, usually vaulted, feature roof trusses with the beams in the roof overhang with double layer of rafters installed on top.
